Supporting Your Practice, So You Can Focus on Therapy.
About Gentle Path Intake
-
Gentle Path Intake is a boutique client intake agency providing compassionate, professional intake coordination for psychotherapy practices across Ontario.
We understand the time, care, and dedication it takes to build a meaningful career supporting others. We also know that every new client interaction matters. The first phone call or email often shapes a person's experience before they ever begin therapy.
Our role is to ensure every prospective client feels welcomed, informed, and cared for while giving therapists more time to focus on the work only they can do. By handling the administrative side of client intake, we help create a smooth, supportive experience for both you and your clients.
Our goal is simple: to give you your time back so you can spend more time with clients, continue your professional growth, and enjoy a sustainable, fulfilling practice.

My path to this work grew naturally through my experiences in psychology, client service, and wellness.
As I studied psychology and worked as an intake coordinator, I realized that my background had uniquely prepared me for supporting therapy practices. Throughout my career, I have always been drawn to meaningful conversations and helping people feel heard. My training in yoga and meditation further strengthened my ability to approach every interaction with presence, empathy, and compassion.
I also know what it feels like to seek therapy myself. Reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, and those first conversations matter. A warm, thoughtful introduction can make all the difference in helping someone feel comfortable taking that first step.
Combining my experience in client service, sales, and intake coordination allows me to create an experience that is both professional and genuinely compassionate. My goal is to become a trusted extension of your practice, ensuring every prospective client receives the same level of care and professionalism that they will experience once they begin working with you.
